BAZA ARchitects is a Tunisia-based multidisciplinary design & research office specialised in small to large scale residential architecture. It’s practice committed to a modern, progressive architecture, but shaped by a love of place, traditions and materials.

BAZA ARchitects was conceived in 2018 by me: Klara Kaddachi. When after 10 years of international experience, during witch I was involved in many meaningful projects and had opportunity to work with great people, I was finally ready to star my own practice. I was looking for some more flexibly, for having more control over design process, and to be able to choose projects I’m truly excited about. I would lie by not mentioning that starting my own family and same time moving to Tunisia was not a big turning point.

Name BAZA ARchitects was inspired by the local context of the busy centre of Bizerte Medina. Seaside city that become my second home, that inspired me both personally and professionally.

As a designer, I have over 15 years of experience in multi-cultural environments, I worked as Architect and Urban planner for big international companies in Europe, Middle East and across South East Asia. I’m highly adaptable, I respond to each client with imagination to deliver a project that achieves social, economical and environmental sustainability. It doesn’t matter whether I design a public space, private house or interior. As long as the project aligned with my ethical approach, I’ll go for it !
